5. Cancellation and Fees

Clients may cancel services at any time. However, within any single calendar month, only the first cancellation request is free of charge. Beginning with the second cancellation in the same calendar month, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence in submitting scheduling requests.

If a client requests prior contact before work begins, they must remain available within a window of 15 minutes before and after the scheduled service start time. Failure to be available within this window may result in service delays or rescheduling at the client's expense.

Admin Up Tech Inc. does not provide or grant access to any proprietary tools, software, or materials through our services. All intellectual property rights relating to materials, services, or processes used by Admin Up Tech Inc. remain our exclusive property.
